Since all items in our store are fully digital and delivered instantly after purchase, they cannot be returned in the traditional physical sense. However, we understand that unexpected situations may occur, and we want every customer to feel safe and supported.
If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your order and describe the situation in detail. We review every request individually and always aim to assist you as quickly as possible.

• All products are 100% digital, and no physical items are shipped.
• Refunds are available only under specific conditions listed below.
• To speed up the review process, please include your order number and the email used at checkout.
• We may request a brief description or screenshot to better understand the issue.
• If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Possible reasons for a refund:
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
In rare cases, a technical error may occur. If you receive files that cannot be opened, downloaded, or used, we will restore access or provide a replacement. If the issue cannot be resolved technically, a refund may be issued.
• You received the wrong product.
If an incorrect file or package was delivered by mistake, we will send the correct version. If providing a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.
• The files do not match the description.
If the product significantly differs from what was advertised (for example, missing essential elements or materials that should have been included), we will offer a replacement or issue a refund.
• Technical access issues.
If the customer experiences consistent technical problems that cannot be resolved on either side, we will provide an alternative delivery method or issue a refund.
• Accidental purchase.
If you mistakenly purchased the same item twice or completed an order unintentionally and have not downloaded the files, contact us and we’ll help.
Please note:
• Refunds cannot be granted if the customer downloaded the product, reviewed it, and later decided they no longer need it or “it doesn’t suit their style.”
• Refunds cannot be issued due to the customer’s inability to use the files for reasons unrelated to the product quality (such as lacking the required software or editing skills).
• After a refund is processed, access to the digital files may be automatically revoked.
